We are so happy that Joanne Padawer was our realtor when selling our home of over 30 years in Bedford. Joanne was so attentive, responsive and patient with us. Her knowledge of the selling process was terrific and extensive. Joanne was there for us every step along the way. We have already recommended her to our friends and will continue to endorse Joanne Padawer to all who ask.

Joanne helped me with a very complicated estate transaction. She was on top of everything and made the process very easy and transparent. The property needed to be completely renovated, but Joanne came up with creative ways to market and get us the best price possible. She was also always available to work through any hiccups. I highly recommend Joanne.

Joanne is excellent. As first time homebuyers, she helped us find an amazing off-market opportunity and get it across the finish line. Thank you, Joanne!!

Joanne is the best realtor I have ever worked with. The home buying process can be stressful and full of ups and downs, and Joanne was the perfect antidote: incredibly kind and compassionate while also being a fierce advocate for her clients, making sure we got the best deal and that every little detail was just right, all the way through closing. She is so well regarded by other agents, which was invaluable in helping us find our home in an off-market transaction. She's remarkably deft at navigating every part of the process: I was incredibly impressed with how strategic she was about positioning our various offers AND how much she knew about the ins and outs of septic systems. We loved working with her — we got the home and couldn't be happier, though we're sad to no longer be working with her!

Working with Joanne to find our new home in Westchester was, quite seriously, one of the very best decisions we have ever made. She is an extraordinary real estate agent and the most wonderful, lovely person to boot. She is the consummate professional, absolutely brilliant strategist, such a deft navigator of the negotiations between seller and buyer while remaining the fiercest defender of her clients. She has the rare ability to parse out what really matters. She goes above and beyond for her clients in a way that’s inspiring to us in our own respective careers. We never would have found our dream home without her—she has access to such unique listings because she is so highly regarded by and connected to other realtors across the area. We felt that we were in the safest hands navigating the daunting and intense process of house-hunting in Westchester. She not only found us our home, but also one for our best friends and our friends’ in-laws, helping us create our new community in Westchester. I could not rave about Joanne more. You’d be crazy not to work with her!

If you are looking for an exceptional real estate agent, I highly recommend Joanne Padawer! I partnered with Joanne on multiple occasions and she delivered an outstanding experience each and every time. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and always one step ahead, making every transaction as smooth and stress free as possible. Joanne listens, advises thoughtfully, and truly looks out for her clients. I keep coming back because she is simply the best!

Joanne was our real estate agent and helped us buy our beautiful new home in Westchester, NY.She went above and beyond what any other agent would of done. She was always there for us and made us feel at ease during the entire sale process. We could of not asked for a better agent.Fred and Theresa

We loved working with Joanne, she was so patient with us as we tried to find a home in a crazy market and she is incredibly thorough. As a buyers agent, she did a great job researching properties we were interested in and was always available for showings when we needed her. As a sellers agent she showed us comps and worked with us to build a strategy before listing. She sold our house over list in just a couple days and we couldnt be happier.

Couldn't be happier! Sold with multiple offers and Purchased in a crazy market all at the same time!
