Joanne did an excellent job. She had to deal with a difficult selling agent and a seller who was difficult to communicate with. There were multiple technical issues to deal with which she negotiated well. She was on top of every issue without fail. She was very meticulous and persistent. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and needs. In the end, she pulled it all together and we had a smooth closing.
