We were lucky enough to have Joanne referred to us and we had the most professional experience dealing with her. As first time Florida buyers, Joanne assisted us through every step and was so knowledgeable on all the nuances of purchasing a home out of state. Her commitment to finding us the particular home we envisioned was impressive. In the end, she made it happen by going the extra mile for us and securing a property off-market for us. Buying a home and not being present in state for the process, or even the closing, was not daunting for us because we knew Joanne was looking out for us. Even after the closing she is still in touch with us and offering her help. She is truly the salt of the earth kind of person and we would never hesitate to refer her to anyone.

Joanne was the absolute Best! We were moving into Florida and needed assistance deciding on neighborhoods that fit our needs and lifestyle. She is so informative, friendly, dedicated, honest, trustworthy & a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process! We highly recommend Joanne!

Joanne is fantastic. Her arrention to detail ensures your sale will go smoothly!

She was absolutely amazing. She is very personable and legitimately cares about her clients. She Took the time to explain to us everything that we were questioning. She was very thorough with all of the forms and the paperwork throughout the entire process. If I could give her a 10 out of 10, I would!!!

Joanne was great! I am first time buyer with no knowledge of the ins and outs of the process, and she held my hand the whole way! this was an especially challenging purchase due to my sister (co buyer) remaining in Texas until after the closing. Joanne did double duty and was available all hours to answer any question we had and provided invaluable guidance through the process. Prior to deciding on a home, Joanne was diligent in pointing out conditions she perceived might be cause for concern both now and in the future if that home was purchased. During the lead up to closing Joanne noticed several issues with the listing of the home notified us and went to bat for us with the listing agent and her broker! Thank you Joanne!

Joanne was an absolute superstar and made our home-selling journey an unforgettable experience! From the moment we met her, she was warm, professional, and completely dedicated to helping us find the perfect home. Joanne’s attention to detail, clear communication, and deep knowledge of the market gave us so much confidence every step of the way. She truly went above and beyond, always making us feel like her top priority and ensuring everything went smoothly. If you’re looking for a realtor who will exceed your expectations, we can’t recommend Joanne enough!

Joanne Kaiser - is really good to work with and made the buying process very easy. Working with her was fantastic and she was absolutely incredible! She treated me like I was a family member and went to bat for me with the seller. She helping for packing and moving stuff using her car. I hope this is my forever home and I won't need a realtor again, but if I do I will absolutely be a returning customer! I hope that we are a friends forever.
