Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. Our agent was Joanne Jenkins and we could not have been happier with the job she did. She made us feel comfortable and at home. She was always available whenever we had a question whether in person or on the phone. During the process, we felt like we made a friend.

My property was listed by Ms. Joanne Jenkins.  Joanne was the agent we dealt with in 2010 when wepurchased the property.  She made the purchasing process so easy. She went out of her way to help us.  I have been in touch with her through the years.  She has always been so helpful and was always willing to take the time to talk with me when I wanted information about the housing market. So when I decided to sell the property this year,  there was no one else I could call except Joanne.  Again this wonderful lady took care of everything for me.  Since I was in Kentucky, this was no easy task.Again, she showed knowledge, ability and dedication to her job.  She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Taking care of things most agents would not have. I am pleased with her ethics and job performance and  I am honored to call her my friend. Since Joanne could not be at the closing, she sent another agent named Kathy.  Again, I was impressed with her ability and everything went smoothly. Needless to say, if I ever purchase property in the area again, I will be contacting Joanne Jenkins and Michael Saunders & Company.  It was a pleasure working with you.

We cannot say enough about our good fortune in discovering Joanne.  I simply choose her from the website and we clicked right away.  She made us feel very comfortable with the entire process.  At the time we were traveling back and forth from Lakeland and she was very patient and accommodating.  There was never any hurry or pressure and she listened to all of our particular requests.   We haven’t purchased a home in years but Joanne’s expert advice and guidance helped us sail through the process and we closed on May 9, 2018.   We are happy to report that we would not hesitate to recommend Michael Saunders and our own Joanne Jenkins to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.  Thank you!

I received a call from Joanne Jenkins and I could tell immediately that she was the agent for me. She was positive, patient, compassionate, and extremely helpful. My criteria for relocating to Bradenton was a bit challenging to say the least; that did not interfere with her going beyond the call of duty. Her determination, along with her positive attitude filled me with confidence. I have already told several of my friends about Joanne; I let them know that they would not find a more willing and helpful agent. She is the epitome of the best you can get in a real estate agent!

The service I received from Joanne was exceptional; she was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the area and real estate. Joanne helped me purchase two homes and I was very pleased with both transactions. She was on top of everything that needed to be done: scheduling inspections, appraisals, appointments for workmen, even ensuring I got my cable rebate. This extra support has made my transition to Bradenton so much easier. I would be very happy to recommend Joanne to anyone needing help relocating in the area.

Joanne Jenkins, Karen Williamson and Connie Nowell went above normal to help us find our new home. We would and we have recommended them and Michael Saunders to many. I’m sure we picked the right company to represent us. I’ve been told we had the shortest “short sale” purchase that anyone has heard about. They worked tirelessly to make that happen and led us every step of the way. It was a confortable and easy transaction. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Joanne's experience in real estate and personable nature made even the most trying times, tolerable, and most times laughable. We thank you for your patience, diligence, and friendship.
