I can't say enough great things about Joanna. We started on our home buying "adventure" back in Jan 2019. She represented us from a distance as we were relocating from Raleigh. My wife and I reside in Michigan and were looking at house over the internet in Wilmington, North Carolina. We came in contact with Joanna King, of Intracoastal Realty. Joanna was able to arrange a showing of the home we were interested in. This house was listed by a different agency. We traveled by car to Wilmington and went through the house. We liked the house and decided to make an offer. We had several inspectors do inspections on the house. These inspections had to be coordinated by Joanna with the other realtor and the seller. We returned to Michigan. Joanna continued working with the other realtor. This occurred over the Memorial Day holiday and the process was time sensitive. Joanna worked over the holiday and kept us in formed of all that was going on. At the end of June 2019 we closed on our home. Joanna was very professional and pleasant during the whole process. We highly recommend Joanna King.
