Joanna was an excellent find! As I live out of state, she was excellent resource as it pertains to finding local attorneys, cleaning companies and junk removal firms. In addition, she was always willing to help even with the smallest requests. (ie; getting the mail, organizing etc) She carefully walked me through each step of the bidding process and was always there to answer questions.
