Joanna Argenio has to be THE BEST real estate agent I have EVER worked with and I have worked with a LOT of agents over the past 15 years. You should have a LOT MORE agents as good and thorough as this woman is. There is absolutely NO DOUBT whatsoever that Ms. Argenio HAS TO BE the most thorough and the MOST PROFESSIONAL agent your company has. I strongly suggest you HIRE MORE agents who are as good as she is.

I was not the buyer, rather a close friend of the seller. I was involved in the entire process and that's how I met Joanna Argenio and got to know this wonderful lady. She came highly recommended by another close friend and I was there when she arrived to meet with my friend, the seller. I immediately knew she will sell the property; her knowledge of the property from A-Z and then, the little dog just fell in love with her! usually he barks at everyone :-) and that was the omen showing us the house will sell quickly and it did. What is different about Joanna is that she's not only the realtor, she became a friend and was there for the smallest of things. She answered calls and emails promptly. Even after the settlement she was available to help with few things and to show my friend how they can be resolved. She is definitely one of a kind and simply the best. You want to sell? Joanna is your friend! Thank you, Joanna! it's been a pleasure and an honor to get to know you. Nick

Joanna made the daunting process of buying our first home feel incredibly manageable. Her deep knowledge of the market was clear from day one, and we walked away from this experience feeling like we’d truly learned the ins and outs of real estate thanks to her. What really stood out was her dedication to our best interests. She was always available to answer our questions and was incredibly flexible, working around our busy schedules to make every viewing and meeting possible.

Working with Joanna to buy our first home was an absolute dream. From the very first showing to the final closing, she was an incredible advocate who truly looked out for our best interests at every single step. Joanna is remarkably knowledgeable, and we ended up learning so much about the home-buying process thanks to her guidance. She didn't just find us a house; she empowered us to be confident buyers. Beyond her own expertise, she connected us with a top-tier professional network—including our lender, home inspector, and title company—which made the entire transaction seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this journey!

Joanna is amazing to work with!

This is to confirm that we had seen the house at 9711 Saxony Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20910, and would like to make an offer for full price at $659,900 for that property. We will make payment using our available cash (no financial loans), and can settlement on any Monday after July 11th, 2025 provided we have another walk-through (if possible in the evening after 7pm due to our work schedule) on any day from now until that Monday.

Joanna is the best! She not only helped us find our dream home but also went above and beyond with navigating the hot Arlington market and took absolute care of all the required paperwork . In essence she made the home buying process for us easy and pleasant. Ah! and she also made the first visit to the house particularly special for our children. Thanks Joanna!

To Whom It May Concern; My husband and I recently had occasion to utilize the services and talents of Long and Foster Real Estate Agent Joanna Argenio. Although 3 homes in our Gaithersburg neighborhood were for sale for over 3 months, we were delighted when she sold our home in less than a week, with three offers, no less. We were impressed with her knowledge regarding the little known rules and regulations inherent in the real estate market that most laymen are not aware of, and her follow-up to detail and marketing skills are remarkable. We found Joanna always willing to go out of her way to make our experience a very positive one and recommend her services to anyone worthy of her talent. One example of Joanna's work was an open house she held for agents and buyers, which brought an immediate offer from a buyer that day. This exceptional response was due , I believe, in part to her suggestions regarding staging of our home furnishings and her experience dealing with colleagues and clients. We found her a dedicated and skillful agent that works as a team leader with her clients. The Hawkins
