Joan was great to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and market, she went above and beyond to look at properties for us while we were out of town, and she offered great thoughts that helped us make our investment decision. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Santa Rosa Beach and surrounding areas.
