It’s important to me that my realtor knows their stuff inside and out, cares about my needs and wants, and has a no-nonsense approach to the many challenges that come with buying and selling real estate. Joan Klausnerhas all these qualities and more. She thought of the questions I didn’t think to ask and responded quickly to me and the various parties we were working with. From our very first chats through closing, I felt completely supported and informed. I would highly recommend working with Joan for your real estate needs.

Joan's expertise and dedication made my home-buying experience a true pleasure. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that every property we considered met my criteria. Her in-depth knowledge of the Leander market was invaluable, guiding me towards the perfect single-family home that met my expectations. Her professionalism, patience, and excellent negotiation skills ensured a smooth transaction from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking an outstanding buying experience in Leander.

Joan is great!

Joan, you are great! Outstanding!

We were first time homebuyers who knew very little about buying a home or where to even start. From the very first conversation, Joan was very patient and used her expertise to answer all of our questions along the way. Joan was present for every step of the process and very responsive for all the other times in between. We felt supported and that we were getting exactly what we wanted in a home.

We would highly recommend Joan Klausner to anyone searching for a realtor! We were so fortunate that a friend recommended Joan to us and we can’t speak highly enough about our experience. She was extremely efficient and constantly responsive throughout the entire process. She kept us informed every step of the way and was available to answer any questions we had. We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market due to her hard work, knowledge and experience. All throughout the negotiations and closing Joan was there quickly handling issues and getting us to closing on our timeline. Joan is highly professional, trustworthy and such a pleasure to work with! We could not have had a better realtor representing us!

Joan came recommended to us by a good friend and we are so glad she did. She was absolutely great to work with and very professional.100% responsive to everything we needed and every time I reached out to her I got an immediate response. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor.

Joan was very diligent and detail-oriented in preparing us and our house for sale. We appreciated Joan’s suggestions which resulted in a quick sale at our asking price. She guided us easily through all the paperwork. We were very happy with her knowledge and skills and we will use her again for our real estate needs.

Joan has been such an amazing agent to work with over the last 3 years! She helped us find a home in 2019 when we moved from out of state, and again this past October! She made selling and buying simultaneously a breeze!! We plan to work with her again in the future and highly recommend her!
