My husband and I have used Joan's services for many years. She's highly knowledgeable, thorough, and most of all: honest. Joan is the first person I consider for my real estate transactions.

We loved working with Joan! She was so helpful in determining how we spend our time looking at properties, and she was essential in advising us about focusing our offers. Our closing was stress-free!

Just a caring person who help me find my new home

I was lucky enough to be referred to Joan Brennock by Guild Mortgage's Cassandra Bajak. What a lucky day that was! Joan was so very easy to work with. I had recently been through a terrible experience with a different realtor, and I was literally afraid to even think about buying a home again. Joan listened and was sympathetic and even angry at times when she heard my experiences. She had a very positive and calming effect on me. I sought her out when I was ready to look for a home again and Joan was with me every step of the way. What a wonderful, friendly, warm and knowledgeable person she is! She looked after my interests, suggested homes for me and due to horrible parking restrictions in my area, she even picked me up to take me to see homes. I think she even canceled some personal engagements to accommodate me. She went well above and beyond. Joanie is an asset to Baird & Warner. An absolutely stellar real estate agent who truly knows her stuff! I absolutely love this fantastic woman! I cannot say enough good things about her! I view her as a friend and she has left me feeling as if I will always have an ally. I am blessed to have been referred to her! God Bless Joanie!

Joan is an amazing agent. You cannot do better than having her represent you. She will find you a home and make sure you love it. She is a true professional and she knows her stuff. Trust Joanie to find you exactly the house you want, that will become your home! She is a kind, warm, friendly woman who will make you very glad that you found her! I can't say enough good things about Joanie. She is simply awesome!

It was a pleasure to work with Joan!!! Her decades of experience in the business proved invaluable in closing on my condo in Skokie. I like that she worked with a sense of urgency that I had since it was a cross country move Her intuition and insight into my needs and the market were amazing Great communication Even got me a check back at closing in concessions Times have changed and the real estate market is a different environment now Joan is right on top of things 100% It felt like a family member was helping me.

Even though I was not the day to day contact, you all made our lives so much easier and helped us get the money we were hoping for. Our many thanks. The flowers you sent to my mom was very thoughtful, She really is enjoying them.

Joan was exceptional in knowing the current market conditions to work with us on a estimate and demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the neighborhood. She was very patient with the many questions we asked and truly gave us a sense of confidence that everything was going to come together as we planned. We are all very appreciative of Joan’s professionalism and couldn’t have asked for anything more.
