I would like to express my gratitude to Joan. When I moved to Sarasota in 2003, she helped me to purchase my first condominium. Later when I needed help she sold my condominium. When I needed her help I called again to sell my condominium; she was again successful. She is a real pro.

Our experience with your company from the time we put our home on the market until we sold it was excellent. Joan Boltax did an outstanding job not only with lookers but suggestions and help. It is to our disadvantage that the market was and it depressed. However, we accepted the offer and I can not praise Joan enough for all her efforts including the details of the move.
