Jim was recommended to me by my neighbor and friend who was listing her condo with him. Jim impressed me with his professionalism and honesty. He worked tirelessly to market and show my home and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. I would, without reservation, recommend Jim Trzyna for the sale or purchase of your home. Thank you, Jim for all your hard work on my behalf.
As an absentee homeowner, finding the right agent was paramount. Jim’s real estate experience, wealth of knowledge and marketing expertise gave me the confidence to entrust him with the sale of my home. I have purchased and sold many homes in several states and was thoroughly impressed with Jim’s work ethic, integrity and commitment - not only to market my home until it was sold, but to go above and beyond what I expected. Jim kept me updated and promptly returned my calls and his attention to detail made the sale of my home a seamless transaction. Of all the agents I have dealt with, Jim is by far the most professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jim Trzyna during the sale of an investment property we had in Naples. I can say without reservation that Jim worked harder than any realtor we have ever used to get that property sold, and we are extremely grateful! Jim is a consummate professional and it's without reservation that I would refer him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
Our lucky day started when we called John R. Wood Properties and asked to speak with an agent. We were connected to Jim Trzyna, and selling our condo became a pleasant, worry-free experience. Jim worked tirelessly to help us with ideas on how to stage our condo for potential buyers, worked Open Houses for four months, and kept us up to date on comps. Jim is experienced, professional, down to earth, and a great family man. We highly recommend him; and as a matter of fact, we did recommend him to one of our neighbors. He sold her house as well. Five stars for Jim Trzyna!!
