Jim did thorough job

Jim Nichols is the only agent I’ve used over the last 15 years having bought and sold over ten homes.

Jim was an amazing agent. I would recommend him in the future to anyone. He has great follow through and communication. He is top notch in my book.

We would highly recommend Jim Nichols in your search for a new home! The professionalism and personal attention to detail made the whole process go smoothly and quickly.
