Jim did an incredible job for our organization. We are so happy and grateful that he was able to sell our property so quickly and efficiently as he did. 5 stars for an excellent job well done! I will recommend him to anyone selling a commercial property in the future!
This was not an easy property to find a buyer for. It took longer to sell than we hoped for, and didn't bring anywhere close to what we hoped for, but the bottom line is that the property got sold. There were some obstacles to overcome and I'm glad stayed persistent on each one until it was resolved.
