I recently completed the process of buying a new home, as well as selling my previous one. Jim Klebenstone was my realtor, and was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
When I was just getting started with the process, Jim did a great job of keeping me informed of new listings that fit my criteria, while not being at all overbearing or rushing the process at all. When there were homes I liked enough to view, he got me in for private viewings within 24 hours every time. After I found the home I wanted, Jim was able to advise me on how to make the best offer I could, and once it was accepted he navigated through the whole process. He provided some great referrals to me for a lender to use.
As far as selling my old home, this is really where Jim went above and beyond to help me out. From contractor recommendations(of which for some he was able to procure discounts), to getting the home ready for showing, to hosting open houses, and negotiating the close, Jim was just so helpful in every way. He even came in and replaced an old ceiling fan and a ring around one of my toilets when we were getting down to crunch time before going live with the listing!
I’ve already recommended Jim to my parents and will be recommending him to other friends moving forward. He made everything easy and is not overbearing or salesy like many realtors I’ve met out there. Hire him, you won’t regret it!!
