The sale of our house began two years ago when we asked Jim to look at the property and to give us some feedback on its current market value. Within the two years, we met occasionally and he showed us apartments as we were indecisive about where to move. Finally, we made the decision to sell and intuitively knew that Jim would be our best choice for our real estate agent. In a professional manner, Jim established with us a time frame, pricing of the house, estimated costs and how he would represent us. All was done as planned without us having a nervous breakdown! Excellent knowledge & service

Jim was very helpful in making sure the house was in great condition so that customers will have a good impression. He did a lot of things that I think went above and beyond what most realtors would do, He was very responsive when we needed information from him and he had connected us with service people that would provide us with good service and price. I wish we would have gotten more for the property. We went way down and received $46,000 less than asking price, Not sure if we would have received a better offer than that if we would have waited, It was already listed for almost 6 months. So maybe our timing wasn't the best, and that had a lot to do with it,
