We feel very fortunate to have met Jim and have him as our realtor. We interacted with Jim for approximately 10 months. Jim's communications style is very professional and easy to understand. We appreciated his promptness in returning our emails, texts and phone calls. His depth of knowledge is far superior to the realtors we previously worked with. We felt Jim had our best interests at heart. Jim made significant personal monetary contributions to save us time, money and reduce our stress levels. His problem solving benefited both buyer and seller in many instances. A few examples include a plan to change both closing dates that allowed us stay rent free in our home, avoid same day move after two closings and prepare for a move and move out clean. He also negotiated payments for worn windows and a defective range in the condo we purchased. Jim purchased a home warranty out of his pocket to cover the sale of our home. He also negotiated another home warranty to cover the purchase of our condo. Jim was with us every step of the way! We feel that no other realtor could have done better! We now refer to him as St. James because the great experiences we had with Jim! We highly recommend Jim! Five Stars!!

Jim was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered every question we had as first-time home buyers, and he was flexible when we needed immediate assistance around the clock.

Jim made selling my house easy. It took only 3 weeks from beginning to end! He was very knowledgeable and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I'm very grateful to have him as my agent.

Jim made this purchase go so smoothly. Best realtor I have ever used.

This is Jim's second real estate transaction he assisted us with. The first was the purchase of a house for our son. This second transaction was the sale of the home for the Trust of a dear friend of ours, Betty Ritchie. Both of these transactions were smooth, personable and professional. Having Jim's advice and insights gave us a high level of confidence as we moved through each process. John Risberg

Jim is an amazing realtor! He is empathetic, kind, to-the-point, and hardworking. He went above and beyond for me throughout a difficult process with the condo association. I would recommend him to anyone from first time home buyers to young families to retired folks! Top-tier!

I would recommend Jim to represent buying and selling my home. He has become a friend for life, he had my best interest from buying the new home to selling the old. He went well above and beyond making the process go smoothly. He continued even after i moved! I would highly recommend Jim. I bought a new home and sold my old in about 45 days!!!

Jim worked tirelessly to market my property and negotiated a great deal.

Jim was incredibly helpful throughout the entire home buying process. As first time buyers, we had endless questions about the process that Jim was able to explain and walk us through. He was available within a days notice to show us a house, give us a second walk through, and answer a call for a question. We would recommend using Jim as a realtor to anyone and everyone.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jim. He was very knowledgeable and the communication was excellent. The entire process was very smooth and moved along quickly. I would highly recommend working with Jim and I will definitely be referring him to my friends/family.
