Over several months of house hunting in a very aggressive market we were impressed by Jill's honesty and integrity. Her willingness to point out the flaws of a house along with it's good points helped us to make really informed decisions. Several times we passed on houses that we initially liked, but under Jill's keen eye for spotting existing and future issues, we were saved from potential disasters. Even in an extremely busy market Jill made us feel like we were her only clients and was always available for us. We valued her input on every aspect of the houses we looked at and relied on her assessment of the home's true value!

Jillian is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in showing me several properties before this one. I was stuck in Europe due to Covid 19 and wanted to see a house in person but it was not possible. Jillian walked me through all four units of the house as well as the basement and laundry room via FaceTime. I made an offer without seeing the house in person mostly because I felt very comfortable with the information Jillian provided.. The entire process was professional and very well organized. Jill went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I during our home search. Not only did we have a specific time frame for finding a home with a baby on the way but my husband and I work opposite shifts. She was willing to set up showings for each of us at separate times so we could both see properties in a timely manner. After the baby was born Jill did everything that she could to make the closing process as easy as possible for us so that our primary focus could be our family. Communication was always prompt and clear.
