I have never rented before. I called a couple of real estate agents who never returned my call until a few days later. By this time, I had contacted Jill and she responded quickly.
I told Jill what I was looking for and she said she will look into it and send me some options. I was very specific with what I was looking for. Jill came back with a few condos to look at. Went to look at them and it was exactly what I told Jill I needed. Found a place the first day. I have heard horror stories of real estate agents being pushy.
Cannot say enough, how professional she was no need to look for any other agent just, call Jill!!!
I Actually took my Home off sales Market Over a year on market because I had Right Shoulder Surgery
in July 2025, it is a long recovery period and I am almost 90yrs old. So one day while it was off Mkt my RE Sales Assoc called me and said a woman that had
looked at my house a yr ago could not sell her condo and wanted to look at my house again and was looking at obtaining a bridge loan from her bank
So I let her look again. She wanted the house , were supposed to close Jan 7th 2025. But she finally sold her Condo and only wanted to change my closing to
Jan, 14th 2025 so I said OK. We did Close Jan 14th because she did not need to use the bridge loan. And the closing went real good for me,
