We sort of listed at a bad time of year with all the holidays and nasty winter weather, but Jill was eager to sell our home, and she made it happen. We don’t ever plan on moving again, but if for some reason we did, we would holler at her again.

We had been looking to find the right one that fit our family size and our price range so Jill would send us homes that fit what we had told her we were looking for. When we found the one we liked she helped us through the whole process of making an offer and gave us advice on how to make sure we stayed up to date with what we needed to ask about on the property. We thought the process would be stressful but Jill kept us in the know of everything, she answered any and all questions we came up with and just made the whole process as simple as possible and we couldn’t be happier with the results! We closed yesterday, 3/13/25 at her office and now my wife and I and our little girl have our first home and if it wasn’t for all of Jill’s knowledge, advice and help throughout the process I’m sure we wouldn’t have this home. My family had “special” needs which included needing a home suitable for those with disabilities, a separate space for my daughter in college, and a contained space for my fur babies in a beautiful neighborhood.
