Jessie did a great job helping us selling our house and buying our new house. She is very knowledgable about house and the local market, and give a lot of helpful advices. Jessie helped us sell our old property and bought another property which everyone in our family was happy with. She did an excellent job in a tough market time. Her background, knowledge, experiences and professional people connections did help a lot and saved us time, effort and freedom of trouble.

We are incredibly pleased with Jessie, our real estate agent, and give her a well-deserved five-star review. Right from the start, she invested an entire day introducing us to the unique characteristics of various neighborhoods in the East District of Seattle, helping us clarify our needs and preferences in a home. Throughout the process, Jessie and her team maintained professionalism, responsibility, attention to detail, and exceptional patience. Thanks to their efficiency and dedication, we successfully purchased our first home within budget in just two months. Jessie's expertise and commitment made our home-buying experience outstanding. Highly recommended!

Jessie is a professional real estate agent. During the process she provided super quick responses and professional advices. We couldn’t buy the house without her knowledge supporting. I’ll definitely recommend she to anyone wants to buy or sell houses. Thank you so much, Jessie.

I would highly recommend Jessie to anyone looking for a real estate agent. She was incredibly patient and professional throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer my questions and help me understand the market. During the house hunting process when we had a young child with a strict weekend routine, she always ensured the optimal time for us. .She also did a great job of negotiating on my behalf and getting me the best possible price on my home. I would not have been able to buy my home without her help. Here are some of the things that I appreciated about working with Jessie: Her patience: Being a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions. Jessie was patient and helpful, even when I was indecisive or asked the same thing over and over again. We worked with her for several months, and she never pushed us to make a decision. When we were ready to move forward, she went above and beyond to help us win the deal. Her professional knowledge: Jessie has a wealth of knowledge about the real estate market. She was able to provide me with valuable insights into the current market conditions and help me make informed decisions about my purchase. While touring different houses, She also pointed out the benefits and drawbacks of each option, as well as the potential hidden costs of repair, which enabled us to make a more informed decision. Her negotiating skills: Jessie was able to negotiate a great price on my home. She was able to get me the best possible deal without me having to do any of the work. I would highly recommend Jessie to anyone looking for a real estate agent. She is a valuable asset to any buyer.

Jessie was an amazing agent who helped walk myself and my mom through quite a few homes as we tried to find a good investment property. Jessie herself is experienced and familiar with investment properties, and was able to help flag things that weren't immediately obvious to me (additional work that might need to be done, issues that might end up being long term concerns, etc). We ultimately found something that we were happy with and are in the process of doing some minor improvements. Overall, I am overwhelmingly pleased with how Jessie was able to help us out.

Jessie provides very professional service of finding a dream home for us at the crazy market in march 2022. Due diligence was always been done during the process and She was actively contacting with seller’s agent so that we closed the deal with original listing price. We are very lucky to have Jessie to be our agent after doing house hunting for more than one year and working with several other agents. Jessie is the best and you won’t regret to trust her!
