Fast forward to a Friday afternoon in April when I received an email alert that Jessica had set up for us notifying us that the house had officially hit the market. Within an hour, we were on the phone discussing next steps and putting together a plan. Since we live in Maryland, we were debating whether a FaceTime tour would be enough or if we should make the drive down to see the property in person. Jessica's knowledge of the OBX region and her personalized approach stood out to us.
