GREAT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH
JESSICA HARDRICK!
Will do it again!
I am extremely happy that I hired Jess as my realtor. She really hit the ground running. When I finally decided on a new construction home, she made sure that I didn’t have a single worry. I’ve been in my home for a month, and still thankful for all of her hard work!!
One of the best experiences ever! As a first time homebuyer, the real estate industry is intimidating. I only had FHA pre-approval and not many sellers will consider FHA offers at all. Jessica fought tooth and nail for me. I ended up with not one… not two… but THREE ACCEPTED OFFERS! She reversed the roles and had me in the position of a seller with multiple options on the table to select. Who does that in this crazy housing market right now?! She even went the extra mile to get my property FHA approved when the odds were against me to meet closing deadline. She knows the real estate business inside and out, so her sound advice always had my best interest at heart. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience. Giving her 5 stars is an understatement. She works wonders and is the best in the game… Hands down!! Can’t wait to work with her on my next real estate endeavor!!
Jessica went above and beyond during my search! When I finally decided on place, she worked to get it at the price I desired and got the seller to agree on all repairs requested. In this market that is unheard of, way to go Jessica!
