We recently sold our house in Virginia. Our Virginia realtor was so thoughtful and so thorough, we assumed we would never find another realtor as good as he. That was, until we asked Jessica Fields Leone to be our agent here in KS. We have never experienced a homebuying process where a new house was identified, the mountains of disparate paperwork processed and the closing date executed in as quick a timeframe as was this new home purchase. We attribute our success in this endeavor to our agent Jessica, to our mortgage specialist Terri and our closer Lisa. We assume there were other folks on the Reece-Nichols team who executed their part of this process as well, we just don't know their names. We only know how integral they must have been to making the whole process run as smoothly as it did.
