Jessica and Deron were so helpful when we bought our first house. We were living in England while searching for houses, and Jessica and Deron would actually walk us through prospective houses through FaceTime, and describe in detail what we were seeing. They were both very honest if the house lacked in something, as they knew exactly what we were looking for. This was very much appreciated as we weren't there in person and completely relied on the two of them to make judgements for us. As my family is in Cincinnati, Jessica and Deron were very welcoming and accomodating when several of them wanted to tour a house. They contacted my family and set up appointments for viewing, and of course I was included in this as well through FaceTime. My family were so grateful to be included and thought Jessica and Deron were just delightful. The whole experience was made even easier as the two of them stayed in close contact via email. No question of mine was too silly, or unimportant. They would get back to me without exception, immediately. Again, as we were in England throughout the whole process, this cut down on stress levels as we were always up to date on all transactions. Finally I would have to say Jessica and Deron went to bat for us several times with the eventual house we bought. There were a few areas needing ironing out, with house repairs etc, and the two of them were very diplomatic with the way they managed it. In the end we got what we asked for (and more in one instance!!) and I credit the grace and diplomacy that they used. Great experience, great people I can't speak highly enough of Jessica and Deron
