Jess has been very helpful with my last transaction. It was what you would call a "transaction from hell". My worst even transaction in 24 years. Buyer had unreasonable demands. He was rude and abusive and threatened us. Jess met with him and even went to the sign off. He helped closing the transaction and supported me. I'm very grateful to you Jess!
