Jeremy owns and operates the IRG group of companies offering property and investment related services to private investors, corporations and developers in the Cayman Islands and other Caribbean markets. These include International Realty Group Ltd. IRG, International Property Consultants Ltd., Caribbean Office Concepts Ltd. and CayCuba Investment Strategies Ltd. As Broker/Owner of IRG Jeremy is closely involved with the firms’ clients and is involved in all significant transactions. Jeremy has an in-depth understanding of the Cayman and Caribbean property markets having been retained by major corporations including developers, investors and lending institutions to provide market analysis, consultancy and agency services on their behalf. IRG is part of the Knight Frank and Luxury Portfolio Global Networks and Jeremy sits on the International Advisory Board for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World He served as Past President of the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association from 2008 to 2011, was a founder of the Cayman Islands Investment Council and has been closely involved in a number of Youth and Anti-Drug initiatives within the community including Chairing Cayman’s first Choose to be Drug Free Week in 1989. Jeremy is a member of the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman, becoming its youngest-ever President in 1995. He went on to become District Governor for Rotary District 7020 in the Northern Caribbean for 2013/14, is currently an Asst. Zone Coordinator for the South East USA and Caribbean and has recently been invited to sit on one of Rotary International’s global Membership Committee.
