We were fortunate to come to know Jenny Vergos when after much consideration of the current housing market we still needed to sell our rental property in Cordova, thru friends we were given the name of Jenny Vergos and when contacted Jenny readily agreed to be our real estate agent. We voiced our concern when we met that as we lived in Murfreesboro and the property was in Cordova it would require trips back and forth to prepare the house for sale, Jenny assured us that would not be necessary. Jenny made some excellent suggestions and we agreed to as to what would be required to put the house in condition prior to listing it for sale. With each item, Jenny would get our prior approval and then proceed to make arrangements for the various contractors to accomplish the required painting, carpet replacement, carpentry, etc. Jenny would call and send pictures and invoices as the work was completed. Jenny was true to her word and due to her incredible efficiency, we only had to make one trip to Memphis and the house sold quickly and all the required papers from contract to closing were accomplished easily. Thanks to Jenny and her efforts the house not only sold quickly but also more than we expected to receive. Jenny was always quick to return calls and patiently answer any questions we asked, and there were many!
