Jenny did a wonderful job selling our home. We live out of state, and hired her to sell our home in West Marin. She arranged everything that needed to be done to prepare for putting our house on the market, from arranging small repairs to working with our tenants to make sure that the home was vacated in time to be on the market for the spring season. By the time she was done, with photos and a drone video, we almost couldn't believe it was our home! At the same time, as there were interested buyers, she kept them at bay until the time was right for pre-marketing visits and an open house. Jenny was very thoughtful about the pricing of the house. She was realistic at the outset, and then steadily increased the propose asking price, as small moves in the market warranted. At the end of the day, in a volatile market, we received a preemptive bid well beyond our expectations, with a ten-day close. We were delighted with Jenny, a true professional, dedicated to her craft.
