Jennifer did a wonderful job leading us through the whole process of selling my father’s home. Since my sisters and I live out of state her expertise was essential in getting our father’s home ready for sale after a period of being unoccupied. Her contacts for all the things needing attention were very professional and thorough as was she. As a result, the house went under contract within an amazingly short time. We certainly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My only regret is that she is not available in my state so that we could rely on her for future reality transactions. I certainly would call on her again if I ever do more business in the Chapel Hill Area.
