Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Jennifer Taberski spent 20 years raising her son in a small country town in Alexander, NY, before finally settling in the Burnt Store Marina community of Punta Gorda in 2010.Having earned an associate degree from Bryant & Stratton Business Institute, Jennifer brings a diverse professional background in the medical field, where she served as a medical assistant secretary for 25 years and worked in a variety of specialties. Prior to relocating to Florida, Jennifer was employed by the Sallie Mae Corporation student loan division as a senior collection specialist/supervisor for five years. In this role, she worked alongside students and parents to reorganize their current loan debt and find a more affordable payment plan that would work with their current financial situation. These experiences helped Jennifer develop her renowned client care skills, which translated perfectly to her career as a Realtor.Jennifer has received ACA Certification from The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, and has completed courses with the Larson Educational Services for Real Estate. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port Association of Realtors, and is a member of the Burnt Store Marina Activity club. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, biking, polka dancing, kayaking, boating, fishing, and motorcycling.
