She has helped others with their Real Estate needs for nearly a decade before transitioning into a leadership role and becoming a Co-Owner in Windermere Post Falls. Over the past 19 years there have been many opportunities to continue to grow her skillset and work in many different capacities within the industry. Currently her priorities align with mentoring and training new agents coming into the business. She works closely with all agents within Windermere to supply them with statistical data on a monthly basis through presentations and a one on one capacity. In 2012 she became the Managing Broker of Windermere Post Falls. Currently Jennifer is on the Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors Board of Directors, and is a member of the Grievance Committee, and a participant in the CAR Leadership Task force Group for the Association. She has served on the education committee in the past and is currently teaching a “Master the Forms” course she designed and implemented to help new Realtors understand the language and forms of their profession. She is on the Coeur d’Alene Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as well. Over the years she has donated her time and experience by giving Real Estate Presentations to other organizations and companies in our community to help them understand the local market and how it relates to them. She routinely participates in the Windermere Foundations efforts to help under privileged Women and Children in our community better themselves and their lives. She is married to her handsome husband Duffy, and they have 3 exceptionally well rounded children.
