I had the pleasure of selling my condo in Aptos with Jennifer Poli. I moved out the area and needed someone I can trust, could be my eyes and ears and get my condo remodeled and repaired. Jennifer managed to interview, obtain bids, and worked with the contractor we selected to get the condo in beautiful condition and physically did a lot of the work removing old appliances and items to get my place market ready. The condo looked so amazing that I became emotionally attached to it and wanted to not sell it anymore! It was that great!
