Where do we begin? After reaching out to more than a dozen realtors, I was referred by Carolina One to Jennifer Patterson. No one previously had been willing to take us to see properties to purchase. Jennifer saw the big picture. She has spent almost a year with us, phone calls, dozens of site visits and offers later, not only have we purchased land with her assistance, she had also listed and successfully sold our home. We were only able to move forward with our dreams due to Jennifer's extreme dedication to making them come true. She was never unavailable to us. Returned texts and phone calls very promptly, and professionally. I would recommend her again and again. Best realtor I have ever worked with.
I can’t rave enough about Jennifer. She went ABOVE and beyond to help me get my house sold. She wasn’t just a real estate agent to me, she was a support system and helped me with everything in the process. I promise you, you want her as your agent!!
Jennifer is amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, and steady. She will fight for her clients and will deliver an exceptional customer experience. I look forward to my next real estate transaction and will only use Jennifer.
