We faced challenges, such as finding a lake house or a guest house with the primary home, and although we weren't successful in securing these specific features, Jen remained supportive and persistent.
The sale of our house was a particularly painful and confusing experience, but Jen guided us through it with expertise and care. I was initially very scared about the costs involved in selling our home, especially with the various fees we had to pay. Although I understand that some fees are mandated by law, it was still a stressful experience because I had hoped to use the proceeds to pay off as much of the new house as possible and avoid having a mortgage. In the end, we did have to take out a mortgage, but it was significantly less than our previous one.
One of the most commendable aspects of Jen's service was her dedication to clear communication. Given that we communicate in both English and ASL, Jen took the time to ensure that her messages were clear and understood. This effort made a huge difference and is something we truly appreciate.
