John and Jen were incredible!!! We are first time home buyers and we had very little experience (saw one house prior). My first phone call with John, you would have thought we’d known each other forever. He asked us all kinds of questions we had never thought of that made us think about the truly important stuff to us. We picked one house we wanted to see, John came prepared with another. We picked two, John picked two more. He took such a careful and educational approach that no question was too big or too small. Jen and John are the dynamic duo - any of those questions we had, Jen was ready to answer, ready to help, etc. ANY question we had, she knew exactly what we meant and how to answer. Another thing that is the best about Jen and John, is they were totally okay with holding your hand along the way in the buying process, or let you take the lead if you need. No one talks about in the home buying process how once you put in an offer, and it’s accepted, about a million other things happen. Jen and John felt like friends, family, and the best representatives in the whole transaction. We aren’t planning to move again too soon but we are so glad to know Jen and John and would recommend them to anyone!!!!
Jennifer listened intently to.all of our needs and found us homes.to look at immediately. She scheduled us into every home we wanted to see based on our availability and made the sure she had every detail about every property we saw so she could answer every and any questions we may have had. Once we were ready tp make an offer she was sure that the offer and the deal was followed to the T to sure we would not take on any addional stress. Jen facilitated every step helping us get all the details to the mortgage broker, to how to put the good faith down-payment down, being sure we sent everything to the title company, gave a list of where to.set up all service once we moved in, and a list of different contractors she has had success with in the past to get estimates from to help us get some ideas on who to call for what. Jen did all of this while being available anytime we need a call and always brought such professionalism and joy to each step of the process. My wife and I realize that we not only could we not do this without her, we wouldn't have wanted to do buy a home without her. She has immense knowledge and is always so happy and amazing to work with. Anyone buying a home would greatly benefit from working with her!

John and Jen are knowledgeable and honest realtors who made selling my house an easy transaction. They work well together. They listened to my concerns, responded quickly, and kept me informed during the whole process. There were a couple of issues on the buyers end and with Jen's great communication skills with the buyers realtor, we worked with them to help move toward the closing transaction smoothly.
