Excellent house knowledge mechanically and code-wise for local New Hanover county. This knowledge was very helpful for us to be able to ask appropriate and intelligent questions to the builder. Excellent team member in helping collaborate for us between builders agent, loan officer, insurance agent. Jennifer’s willingness to work with these multiple agencies to help us purchase our home was beyond outstanding. We had a thought 5 years ago which then became a dream to live on Carolina Beach. Jennifer Hensley sold our home before they could even stick the sign in the ground but you shouldn't hire because of that. She's warm, friendly and sharp as a tack.
