Jennifer Guzik was professional, efficient, and caring while working with us to sell our home.  The research she did prior to meeting with us, and continued to do, until the property was sold was impressive. Jennifer went above and beyond to get us ready for photographs. She brought her own items in to make the home more aesthetically appealing. 

Also kudos to Mary Smedley, who, along with Jennifer, worked vigorously to have the roofing contract we signed after Ian canceled in order for us to be able to sell the house as is.

Selling a house can be a stressful ordeal. In my case, this was a particularly emotional situation as I was selling due to my mother passing away. Add to that, I live in the northeast and could not easily just drop things to head to Florida to deal with the house. Thank goodness for Jennifer Guzik.
