Mrs. Green is/was a phenomenal realtor for my wife and me. We were first time homebuyers, so Mrs. Green was very considerate of this when taking her approach. She asked us questions when first starting out to get an idea of who we are as people but also what we were looking for in a home. She was very flexible with her schedule and would take our calls late around our busy schedule. She was also very available when we texted her with any questions or concerns that we had. If she had a meeting, she would let us know she was in a meeting but would get back to us later and she did. The communication was great! She is also very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. Over the past 3-4 months, she filled our brains with an entire textbook of information. Not only was she available for questions but whenever we were interested or wanted to look at a home, she sent us all of the information and had us booked to view the home in person within 24 hours. Mrs. Green made this first-time process fun, enjoyable, and most importantly, memorable. I could not recommend her enough to buyers looking for an agent. Especially first-time buyers. As long as Mrs. Green is in the real estate business and we are house hunting; we will be using her as our realtor.

Over the years I have been responsible for home starts, sales and closings. I have worked with many sales agents - Jennifer is by far the best! Jennifer takes so much pride in what she does, and she absolutely loves helping people with their journey through the home buying and selling process. I have closed at least four homes with her to date, the process was simple. There were many times where Jennifer would work into the evening pulling comps and proof the necessary documents - she caught errors from others that if left unchecked would have delayed a closing or created a potential liability and exposure situation for the company.
