I worked with Jennifer for my relocation from VA to NC. She immediately understood my family's wants and needs, directed us to towns that fit and set up a portal with a wide variety of houses. She is an amazing communicator, follows up and sends reminders. Has an assistant that is very on top of everything. My favorite part was the checklists and information documents that Jennifer created and regularly updated with inspection dates and times, who was paying, points of contact for all new utilities; a running document of all closing details. She advocated for us through inspections and provided expert advice. Every vendor, inspector or company that she works with is knowledgable, quick, and has stellar customer service. At closing she provided me with a binder full of any and all information and documents surrounding my home purchase. She really made this a wonderful experience, especially with me being 5+ hours away for the whole process.
