Jennifer did a wonderful job in the listing and sale of my home. Her expertise helped to guide me through the extra steps required of the VA Loan Appraisal by making me well aware of up-to-date codes and requirements that I would have to meet before the process had even started. This gave me more than enough time to prepare by adding things like handrails that needed to be installed on the stairs of a patio that I had replaced during my ownership. Her communication was constant, without being overbearing and really kept me in the loop as to what was happening and my responsibilities.
