Jen Clark is our realtor saint. The market is bananas and she was with us every step of the journey ...and I was a roller coaster! She went above and beyond to find a FSBO and wiggle our way into a showing after they were done with showings...and that was our house! We did buy in cash was a bit lumpier than we expected (re: taxes etc) when it came to cash up front, but we got it sorted! I have already recommended Jen to friends who have purchased homes and more who are looking. 10/10.
