Jennifer gave great personal service. We moved out before listing our condo. Until our condo sold, she handled all the details of getting it ready for sale and taking care of the actions required by the buyer's home inspection. After we moved out, we never had to return because she always showed up at our condo whenever someone needed to do work on it.

After many years of reading Jennifer Bayne's informative newsletters each month and seeing how many homes she has successfully sold (not to mention she is a top producer at Long and Foster with over 4 million $ sold in just July of this year) there was no other option for us! There was no question she could not answer with very helpful tips and resources provided. Need electrical, plumbing, and roofing work done? She has a reputable company for everything! Have difficult buyers that come up with new requests every day? She handles all that, even on her weekends away! Ms. Bayne has patiently worked with my family selling home. She knows the area very well and great at explaining the steps along the way to the settlement. I would strongly recommend her if you need an agent who can lighten your shoulders because selling home can be very stressful.
