Our agent, Jennifer Baldinger, was fantastic. We were attempting to sell a house in terrible condition after my father moved out of it to enter assisted living, and I live some distance away and didn't have time or energy to do much active myself. She arranged for (much needed) professional cleaning; did a spectacular job of virtually staging it for the listing; and when it later became necessary to find a plumber arranged for that as well -- I didn't have to do anything but pay the providers. When we had a scare about a possible leak at the property, she was at the house with a plumber by the time I heard about it.
The pricing strategy she came up with was also very successful. We got lucky with a very motivated buyer who wanted the specific location, but Jennifer handled it in a way that bid them up to somewhere around $100K over the house's ordinary market value. I could not recommend her more highly.

anted to focus on in our home search- we went out multiple times for her to show us different areas, give us an overview of the towns, and showed us houses at our price points so we could get a feel for what our budget could get us. Once we decided on an area and the timing was right, she was very helpful in either taking us quickly to see homes or seeing them on our behalf and helping us understand if they would or would not work for us. When we viewed homes with her, she helped walk through and suggested things to potentially change and pointed out pros and cons of each property, and was very helpful when we were negotiating in the offer stage. After we had an offer accepted she was great about moving us through the process and getting us to closing. As first time home buyers this was all new and she was very responsive and helpful with our many questions and continues to be now that we have moved! Definitely recommend her.
