Jennea Schirr, McKinnies Realty, was recommended to me by a friend who lives in Elkhart IN. She was very pleasant in all our discussions via phone or text. Her son, Brycen, did the initial walk through as Jennea was out of town at the time. On her return, she did another walk through and established a fair price for the house. She had a buyer the day the house listed. The next day we had a full price offer. The house sold and closed in less than two weeks. The title company Jennea used was able to arrange a remote closing for me in Tucson. Superb service throughout. Jennea also was prompt to answer any and all questions I had during the sale. What we thought would have been a fairly quick sale turned into an almost nightmare because of issues that came up through the inspection. We don't live locally so Jennea took on the burden of sorting through each surprising disaster as it turned up. She arranged for replacement of our septic and well, helped coordinate the payment for each since we were not there to do so, and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. Jennea also negotiated with the buyer to make sure we were not stuck with the hassle of hookup/ landscape repair on a property that would no longer be ours. Jennea patiently and promptly answered all our questions and gave sound advice. She put much more time into this sale than either of us ever anticipated would be needed and went over and above what was expected of her. 10/10 recommend.
