Jenn was intrumental in helping me get my house ready to list - how to declutter, removing excess furniture and necessary small repairs and touch ups to make my house more marketable. Jenn proveded me with a time line and to do list along with recommendations of individuals to help me.
She provided me with an in depth pricing analysis and recommendation for listing price. I priced my house at her remmended list amount and received 4 offers in the first 5 days of listing!!! I sold my house $55,000 over the listing price.

Disclaimer in that we have known Jenn for some time, but when it came to the presentation and sale of our old Home, closing on a new one (in 8 business days), finding/recommending everything from lender, attorney, title company and even buying the movers a few pizzas, all we can say is WOW! On top of all of this she kept us sane during a very stressful transition. Highly recommend Jenn to a new buyer/seller or one like us looking to downsize (and ironically we upsized in sq. Ft).
