"A Truly Exceptional Experience with Jen Fong! I feel like I struck gold when I chose Jen Fong to represent the sale of my mother's beloved house in Santa Fe, New Mexico. From our very first meeting, it was clear why she came so highly recommended by a friend. Jen is, quite simply, an outstanding real estate agent who went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale. Immediately, I was impressed by her deep understanding of the Santa Fe real estate market, both its history and current trends. She showed genuine interest in our special family home, taking the time to learn and share every unique detail about the property and its charming neighborhood. Her approach was incredibly thoughtful and respectful of a place that held so many memories for us. Jen's professionalism shines through in her remarkable organization and her clear grasp of all the intricacies of the real estate business. She's a smart, creative, and incredibly clear communicator, which was especially vital for me as I was located out of state during the entire listing process. She truly became my eyes and ears on the ground, diligently tending to anything the property needed. Her dedication was evident in the fantastic job she did staging the house for photographs and showings. She has an impeccable eye, always adding those little touches like fresh flowers that truly made the home shine. Jen is a dedicated and hardworking agent who consistently exceeded all my expectations. I trust Jen completely and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Santa Fe. If I ever need a real estate agent in the area again, she'll be my first call!"

Working with Jen Fong has been nothing short of fantastic, both when I bought my home in 2020 and when I sold it in 2024. Her approach, dedication, and professionalism are truly unmatched, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in navigating Santa Fe’s real estate market. In 2020, Jen tirelessly searched for homes that fit my needs and desired area, leaving no stone unturned. She provided in-depth comparative market analyses, drawing on similar properties to ensure I understood the full value of my investment. When I decided to sell after extensive renovations, Jen fully understood the home’s transformation and the added value my improvements brought. Her deep knowledge of my property’s journey made a world of difference when it came time to list. Jen’s support and collaboration throughout the sale were remarkable. She guided me with pricing strategies and meticulously staged the home using my furniture and decor, even going the extra mile to purchase additional items to elevate its presentation. Her flawless staging truly showcased the home’s potential, setting it apart in the market. Jen’s expertise extended beyond presentation to the negotiation table, where she was both knowledgeable and tactful in handling counteroffers. She also kept me consistently updated, always proactive in finding and communicating information she knew potential buyers would value. Her communication was timely and direct, leaving me at complete ease with her at the helm. Jen didn’t just handle the big picture—she attended to every detail, including meeting contractors for final touch-ups and regularly placing fresh-cut flowers throughout the property, adding a welcoming touch. Her commitment to excellence in every facet of the sale left a lasting impression on me. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who combines market expertise with a personal touch, I wholeheartedly recommend Jen Fong. She goes above and beyond to achieve the best outcome for her clients, making the process seamless and stress-free. Whether buying or selling, Jen is the agent you want by your side." mdhennelly

I first worked with Jen more than six years ago when I was interested in moving to Santa Fe from Colorado. She helped me to find the perfect home! Without any hesitation, I contacted Jen this time to help me sell my perfect home for an upcoming move out of state. She again has proven to be extremely knowledgeable about the current real estate market. She has outstanding communication skills, boundless energy and integrity. I especially appreciated how she kept me informed at all stages of the process from listing to settlement. She pays attention to the details and is not afraid of the long hours and hard work—bottom line is that it would be hard to find someone more skilled or more enjoyable to work with in selling or buying a home!

Working with Jen on the purchase of my Santa Fe condo was an outstanding experience. She stayed on top of the process and was extremely helpful in providing knowledgeable advice, gathering resources, and negotiating a fair price. I see why she was recommended and would definitely work with her again!

Jen was absolutely fabulous!!

Jen is an outstanding Real Estate Agent! She guided us through the entire process on the sale of our parent's home and due to her recommendations, the house sold for a much higher price than we anticipated.........and within 3 days! Jen is very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend Jen to all my friends and business associates. She is a valuable employee to Barker Realty, LLC!

Jen Fong is very professional and I'm so glad I used her to purchase our new home. (I wasn't in a hurry to buy but meeting Jen in our neighborhood I gave her my contact info and thought what the heck, keep my options open) I told Jen I was looking for something in the country with land, maybe a shed for my pool business equipment etc. She emailed me a few properties but nothing caught my eye. She personally called me about this one particular property and said I think you'll like this place. We set an appointment to view the property. As soon as I drove up the driveway and turned the corner towards the house/hillside I said to myself this is the place One of the main reason I wanted to be detailed in this review is because Jen went above and beyond. While we were under contract we had an adjacent property owner say he had right of first refusal and said he wanted the property. The selling realtor company called Jen and broke the news to Jen. Jen called me the next day and said he doesn't have ROFR she highlighted everything and sent it to all parties and we were now in the process of closing on the new place. The previous owner had passed away so there was a lot of extra paperwork and open ended questions that Jen helped us through the process. I'm so Happy at our new home and so glad I found Jen. I've referred Jen to a few interested buyers and will continue to do so. If you need a realtor I highly recommend Jen Fong. I work for a commercial real estate company and Jen is what you're looking for in a realtor.
