He truly had my best interests at heart and I am 100% satisfied with him and with the company he represents.
We don't agree with the $395 fee Berkshire Hathaway charges the seller after we have already paid our realtor his percentage fee. After all, Berkshire Hathaway has just received almost four (4) months of free advertising on our two properties located in different areas of Indiana, PA. That free advertising should be worth $395 in today's market. We, our lawyer and the Indiana Court House keep records and documents of the sale. Therefor the customer does not need a fourth party keeping their records!
