I can't imagine there's a better realtor in the area than Jeff Latus. His attitude is very sensible and he clearly has a lot of practical knowledge, but he was also very patient and encouraging. If you're looking for someone with a combination of technical understanding and a friendly attitude, Jeff is your guy. We talked about what the realistic expectations were for my price range, and he never once tried to push the limits of my budget higher. He answered every question I could come up with throughout the entire home buying process with a speedy response time.
