Jeff Hawkes has helped us with several properties and it's been a great relationship all the way from beginning through close Never pushy always listens to clients Looking for a realtor that goes above and beyond Jeff Hawkes is the one

Jeff Hawkes was professional, courteous, and so helpful throughout the entire process of selling our home. We would recommend Jeff to anyone seeking to sell their home. He made everything easy and stress free. EXCELLENT (5) stars for sure.

Jeff kept us completely up to date with everything going on and even made excellent points about offers and pending sales on the property.

Jeff Hawkes was the sales associate who helped me into a home 3 years ago and due to a break we had to sell our home and split the profit. Jeff did an amazing job working with both of us, communicating with both of us and being respectful of our individual feelings and concerns, since it was an uncomfortable situation. Jeff also helped me find my new home. I am very pleased with the home. I really must brag on Jeff though because the mortgage company that was responsible for the house we sold made some very unusual errors with the buyers loan assumption process that put me in a position of extended closing dates, extra costs to movers after having to change dates on short notice, and rescheduled clients for days already planned off for original closing dates. Jeff provided open honest communication; though we were not in a position to change the situation, he empathized with us, sincerely. Jeff was also tenacious with making sure the contract on my new home was everything that had been discussed and agreed upon. I felt safe that my interest were well protected. He patiently went thorough documents with me and help me understand the things that I was not familiar with or that I did not understand. He helped me work through the anxiety of the disruptions patiently and kindly and very professionally. I will call on him in the future should this not end up being my forever home and I have recommended Jeff to several of my friends and colleagues. He is a very knowledgeable realtor and genuinely kind man. ALL around 10/10.

Jeff has been great to my family and I. He has been apart of both the houses we purchased from a beginner’s home to our final home. We appreciate everything he has done for us in making the home buying process easier.

Jeff does a great job. He’s highly customer focused, and he hears what you’re saying to him. He’s not showing anything and everything, only that which he thinks meets your build and your need. He also accommodates your schedule, recognizing that your time is as valuable to you as his time is of value to you. I would highly recommend Jeff and will likely use him again personally.

This is second time I used Jeff as an agent and each time he has gone over and beyond for my family and I. I thank God for him because he has been nothing but a blessing to my family.

This form would not let me select my choices for all of the questions. We were extremely satisfied with the service Jeff Hawkes provided during the sale of our house. He kept us up to date throughout the process and gave us all the pertinent information we needed to make good decisions. We got top dollar for our home and the process went very smoothly. I have recommended Jeff to others.

Working with Jeff was great. He made the entire process easy for us and was a great representative for us (the sellers).
